ARGH!

I've spent the last two days in full out binge mode, and the damage is bad. Not quite sure what else to say about that really other than the fact that I absolutely do not want to weigh in tomorrow. I feel really crappy that I did this to myself.

  1. It is hard with food. It IS and addiction I am positive on that! I am 11 yrs sober from the counter culture ghetto rockstar lifestyle. I quit being marijuana and alcohol cool like a click of the switch. Food is way harder! It is legal and there is a food party EVERYWHERE!

  2. :( Sorry you feel so crappy. As Bluezy said, we are fighting an addiction, we are going to fall sometimes. Its whether you get back up and soldier on that matters.

    Dont give up.

  3. I have done the same, and am dreading weigh in on Tuesday. The best advice I can give is DON'T skip your weigh in, it will only give you more excuses to fall off the wagon permanently. Go, get weighed, face up to what has happened, draw a line under it and start again. Good luck!

  4. Sorry you feel crappy but that won't change anything so NO DWELLING. Just move on! You can only control right now- not yesterday or tomorrow! Focus on the NOW and DON'T QUIT! We all get frustrated with ourselves but we can't let it stop us!

  5. Yep. Just weight in and be accountable. Make it a better week. That's all we can do, those of us who are trying to overcome food addiction/binge-eating. Just work on it, move on, do better, try again...keeping our faith and hope. It will happen, Z. Just put the number up, face it, and tackle that fat like the mother! :)

  6. Don't be embarrassed to put in your weight today. We all fall and you have been encouraging to us. Now it's our time to encourage you. This is how a team works. And actually we are a team that all wants to come to the same destine, don't we? I give you a hand to get up, do you feel it?

  7. Been there, done that.....many times. Jump back on the wagon right away. Start right now. Tomorrow is a new day. Don't beat yourself up, positive thinking. You are worth it.
